The feature or tool that you're using to limit the battery charging up to 60% or 80% was made by your OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) which is Asus .Windows 10 doesn't have a built-in feature that will allow users to limit the charging of battery. We suggest that you contact Asus so that they can help you set up the battery charging
This makes sense because of the XG port (USB-C) on the X13 and X16 could likely be the same although the X16 doesn't come with an official USB-C based charger so it probably can only get a capped charge from third party cables. Im still waiting to buy an X16 but I wonder if using an X13 charger would work for the x16 and get it to 100W of USB-C

Somehow the lid got closed and it won't power on again. Laptop - ASUS ROG GL502VT. Laptop stops powering on. Powers on after few months in box. Stops powering when unplugged. At the early weeks usage of my laptop ROG 751JY-72DB, I was seeing "97% percent, not charging" status at my battery icon when power is plugged in. I have taken it positively as I am guessing it's a system design to protect the battery life (which is also an info from some related posts here). Few more weeks later, the battery icon now shows
